Catholic Schools Week is a lot of fun. From the EC winter games with hallway decorating, lip sync battles, and the launch of the EC faculty film in the high school to academy paper airplanes, regatta, twin day, and more, the week is a whirlwind of activities. None of the busyness prevents the students, faculty, and staff at Everest from remembering what the week is all about. As schools across the country celebrate the gift of Catholic education, each day has a specific theme. These themes shape the activities Everest students participate in throughout the week.
Thursday’s theme was: celebrating vocations! The Everest homeroom moms put together a meal for the Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi and the Legionary priests in gratitude for their service at the school. Thank you Jody Hall, Nicole Luginski, and all the homeroom moms!
Thursday also brought the annual Catholic Schools Week Mass at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament. Archbishop Allen Vigneron presided over the Mass and addressed the students present from schools throughout the archdiocese. The archbishop shared with students in his homily
